The 2 Agents of Risk

There are two surface areas for nanorisk. Two agents that if left unaccounted for would expose the technology user and potentially the people and environment that surrounds them to a non zero amount of dangers.

I have classified them as:

1. Intentional agents (terrorists, states, corporations, individuals)

2. Unintentional agents (bad code, AI hallucinations/unintended code executions, cosmic rays flipping a bit in computer)
